Mr. Brown, your chest is awesome. Don’t get me wrong. I get great confidence facing hard shooters wearing your chest.
Sometimes I get shots by guys who don’t care how they shoot or where, they just shoot hard as they can and your chest protects me and I get confidence like I didn’t have before, which elevates my game.
I wouldn’t buy anything else. Your chest is the best I have had.

Hi John,
Everything is great, so far i've played two games and i feel very comfortable with everything on. We won both games so it's a good start ;)
The c/a is just the perfect size for me and the protection is awesome.
I really love the gloves, the catcher is really great.
The only thing i had to do is go buy some suspenders for the pants because they were really loose, but it's just perfect with that.
I'm very happy with everything, i look a lot bigger now and haven’t sacrificed any mobility =)

John - I just received it and my first reaction, after trying it on, is that it's fantastic. It seems to fit me perfectly. We talked about how I like the wrists - the wrists seem perfect too.
The unit is easy to maneuver in. I can easily raise my arms in the air, and can easily touch my mouth and my nose. I can't touch my ears so I see how it may be difficult to remove the mask clips (which is not a big deal to me). To reiterate ... it's fantastic and I am very excited to play my first game in it

Hi John,
Just wanted to touch base with you. I have about a half dozen skates under my belt, and everything is going pretty well. Pads are totally as expected, still kind of playing around with the strapping though. Very happy with the gloves, they are breaking in better than I expected, and more than a few guys have asked about the flatter thumb, and no stingers so far!

My C/A arrive today! I have had a chance to check it over and it looks great! I am going to have to take some time to get it adjusted and broken in, but as of right now I am thrilled. I have to get myself to work now, but I wanted to let you know that it got here. Thanks again and I will drop you a line after I get to use it. My next game is not till the 17th so I should get a chance to get this thing adjusted and broken in.
As a side note: I have ordered a lot of hockey equipment over the years. Most of it has been through catalogs and shops, a couple of pieces have been custom. My previous C/A was only custom in the size and color, speaking with you showed what custom really was supposed to be. Thank you. You set the standard as far as custom work goes.

Thank you. The pads arrived yesterday and I wore them last night. FANTASTIC! Good call on the nylon. Very easy to wear "right out of the box." I really appreciate how quickly, and perfectly, you completed the pads. I hope to have them for a very long time.
PS- I'm already working on my wife to let me spring for a set of vintage pads/gloves!

I love the C/A and custom pants I recently ordered.
I was able to talk my wife into allowing me to purchase a new
set of goalie pads as well. I need your advice.
I was thinking something along the line of your 2100GP, 2000GP or
even your 287GP. However, I would certainly defer to your suggestions.

It arrived via UPS around 4:30ish. The fit is perfect! With everything I've heard ( stiff bulky at first )I'm really quite amazed with the feel, I don't find it stiff nor bulky! Well done Sir! THANK YOU!

Just a quick note I've now used the new goal pads and pants I purchased in the summer. Fantastic! Good fit and finish. Rebound control will take some time, but that will come. Pants are very comfortable. So comfortable I lost a puck in them. Serious.

I've been reminding myself to send you a follow up and tell you how much I'm loving the 2100 pads. I'm about 12 skates in and they're feeling like I've had them for years now. Perfect. Great combination of hard no-pain at all "thump" saves and a softness that makes them behave like a catching surface for old schoolers like me who actually like to control rebounds. Been skating with a bunch of really good kids who are still looking for NHL or KHL jobs and feeling like I can play with them and not worry about where my new bruises are going to be is super.
